Zack Devier is the Founder and Chairman of Armada Analytics. The Greenville, SC based real estate analysis firm provides a plethora of services nationwide in: Asset Management, Underwriting, Due Diligence, Zoning, Insurance, and Environmental/Engineering.

Armada has completed over $15.6B in underwriting transactions, 1,470 insurance reviews, 549 consents and assumptions, and provides due diligence services on 190,000 multifamily units annually.

Zack shares his journey from his first underwriting job, to starting Armada in 2006, then scaling the business to its premier real estate analysis service offerings today.
